I think Tenma is synonymous with run. I am also a believer that if you use him you should max out his influence; the thing is I never seem to be able to. I really like the power of the central-only breakers. If I ever decided to shift to "regular" breakers I have the influence here to do it, but I'm not sure that will ever happen.
So this deck is all about the run. Special cards of note:
Singularity: It's here for Jinteki, or anything else you suspect is a trap, but primarily Jinteki. It's damned effective too.
Running Interference: 1 copy in case you absolutely need to get into a remote, or are just up against Glacier.
Mr Li: Because I'm running so much run, and 2 copies of Planned Assault, I can afford to bury my runs, making virtually every choice of what to keep easy.
Bank Job: An oldie but goodie. Sure, leave that remote empty with unrezzed ice in front of it...
This Tenma is low cost, high pressure, and lots of fun to play.

If I'm running on a remote with more than one piece of ice I definitely have Crypsis out otherwise I'd bypass. RI, just like Singularity, are for edge cases that this deck loves to thwart. |
Running interference won't get you into remotes, since most people will put cheap to rez ETR ice on the outside of their remote, you'll just bounce off of a quandary if you don't have crypsis out, in which case you might as well just have the dollars to make the run, or the 3rd inside job to bypass it.
