Recent GNK winner in which I played as if already under most wanted restrictions.

I'd really like to fit in either Marcus or Ash; however, in the current meta I think ELP will have greater impact and combat runner currents. Marcus could still be included for additional psy games but I'm unsure what to cut.

Suggestions for improvements and comments are welcome.
