My first shaper deck. I only have 1 coreset, C&C and Second Thoughts. As I'm a new player any helpful feedback is welcome.

You'll need What Lies Ahead for Plascrete Carapace and another core set for 2x The Toolbox. IAnother Dirty Laundry and 3x Daily Casts, as mentioned above. I've been playing about four months and am just starting to get to grips with building decks that work well for me. Best way to find out what works is to try it out. |

I'll edit the deck list and report back how things run after my next chance to play. (Our weekly event is on Tuesday.) |

Welcome to the game! I think you have a solid base to build from. Couple of thoughts that will help improve the consistency. I think you could trim a copy of Gordian Blade, Tinkering and The Personal Touch to add 3 copies of Daily Casts. All of the cards I mentioned are perfectly fine, but I don't think you'll need any of them early game or you wouldn't play all 3 copies if you drew them, so 2 copies (especially with the Self-modifying Code) will be fine. Daily Casts is a premium economy card that will pair very nicely with everything else you have included. I would also suggest making room with your remaining influence for 2 copies of Stimhack, which is amazing with Self-modifying Code. You can use the money to either break through a server or use excess credits to install programs on the fly. The 1st (and even usually 2nd) brain damage almost never matters at the point that you use it. The Tinkerings are probably the easiest thing to cut since you have a rig that will set up pretty fast and is efficient at breaking all types of ice.You could cut back on some of the breakers to switch them out for Clone Chip, but that is a matter of personal preference. Medium is an amazing win condition and you certainly have the memory to support and economy to fuel repeated runs. Hope that helps and best of luck!
