Key is to keep the Corp poor by forcing him to pay much more cash to rez ice, until you can get your Medium and HQI out to put the pressure on. Keeping your money high is secondary priority to keeping the Corp money low, as they can't do much without cash.

Why use HQ Interface instead of Nerve Agent?

I had to toss a coin on that one myself. I chose HQI over Nerve Agent for two reasons: MU issues as this is a program heavy deck, and HQI being HQ pressure that cannot be relented by purging virus counters. Taking out a virus pressure card makes it a much tougher decision for the Corp to purge counters, and when they do it isn't so crippling to my server pressure as well. In short there's no reason you can't have Nerve Agent instead, you just have to manage your play style a lot more.
