The basic plan is to draw and install Pro Contacts and then use it as the economic engine. Every turn should see an install of something (almost always for free using Kate's ability, as most of the programs and hardware cost 1), a couple of draws, and a run. Clone chips and SMCs should be popped on the corp's turn as often as possible to use Kate's ability twice. Pretty soon the only part of the run you'll be paying for with real money is using your Corroder, and the Cloaks and the Ghost Runners can go towards that as well.
Draw aggressively to make sure you can install at least one card on your turn, and run as soon as you have an SMC out and some stealth credits.

I'm a stealth Kate player myself ( e.g. netrunnerdb.com ) always happy to see other stealth builds. My initial impressions are that, despite stealth being awesome for making runs cheap, you're a bit short of money cards. Still need a decent purse for trashing assets and using your corroder -- compared to the efficiency of stealth cards, using corroder will make you grumble every time on decent barriers. Personally, I went dagger to fit in more HQ pressure and sped things up a bit ( it's a slow control archetype at it's core, so NEH is a tough matchup but winnable). Switchblade is a great killer but I just found that you want your killer first for face-checking but it's the slowest to setup (needing 2 stealth sources).
I'm also scorch adverse so run 2 plascretes, but 3 seems a bit excessive, but depends on your meta.
One tip I've discovered, that might be hard to get in due to influence is stimhack. It's awesome for using for quicker setup by doing a run with an SMC and a clone chip. Whammo, 2 programs on the the fly (with money left over usually) for the relatively low price of a brain damage.
Anyway, just a bunch of random thoughts from looking at list.
