Ever since Overmind came out, it's been my pet project. I've tried many decks since then, but I keep coming back to it. When I noticed MemStrips and Data Folding, I just couldn't help myself. This is my take on how to break ICE without really trying.
Economy is built around a couple principles here, there's a long-term business goal and there's lots of short injections to sustain us while that sets up. Data Folding is our long term goal, between MemStrips and Deep Red there should be no shortage of Memory. Inbetween then, we're running into walls with credits falling out of our pockets. Stim Dealer, Amped, and Day Job are the payday loan of Netrunner, and hopefully that shouldn't kill too many brain cells with Feedback Filter in play. Feedback and Public Sympathy are cheap protection against self-flatlining, and the latter syncs up nicely with Duggar's.
Generally the problem with Overmind is that you have to be patient and wait until you can get a few pieces of hardware down to support it. Here, any one of Deep Red or MemStrips should be all you need before installing. Even without hardware, you can install an early Overmind if necessary and pull it back with Uninstall once its tapped.
You'll note there isn't a ton of recursion here. The only tool I have for recurring Overmind is Uninstall. Honestly, I think that's okay. There should be so much Memory overflow that Overmind should be going much further than it would in Shaper. I'm still considering ditching an HQI and a Feedback for LALA, but playtesting will determine whether that's actually necessary.
Quetzal is here to play off of e3 synergy, but there are a few other identities that would function here without too many changes.

Oh for sure, that's why I'm running Steelskin too. If anything I feel like I might have gone a little overboard with Meat protection. |

I like that with so many hardware you kinda build yourself a pseudo temporary monolith :) |

Yeah, Swordsman is a rough counter. I haven't seen one in a long time though. If that happens I'll just have to play around it. Seems like a fair trade though. I had not thought of Ekogami! I like that quite a bit. |

"Stim Dealer, Amped, and Day Job are the payday loan of Netrunner, and hopefully that shouldn't kill too many brain cells with Feedback Filter in play." Stim Dealer and Amped both have "(cannot be prevented)" attached to their brain damage, so Feedback Filter can't help there, except as a safety valve against future brain damage. |
If anything, I'd consider doing -1 MemStrips for +1 Plascrete Carapace. Meat damage is a big threat these days, even in Jinteki (somewhat).
