Modified Quinns' for Breaker Bay v1.2

Deck based on Quinns' Gagarin, modified for today's meta and new cards. IMO Gagarin's tax is best used for making Scorch windows. Breaker Bay + Private Contracts is a minimum 6 credit swing, although you can happily rez Contracts without the Bay. The Root is even better, of course, but worse without the bay. Defend the latter with a single piece of ice and the former with nothing at all, in my experience. Compared to Quinns', this deck has fewer space ICE as I've dropped Constellation Protocol because there's no synergy with the Bay, and updated the ice package with some new toys.

So this stuff is pre-Hollywood, so I'm just gonna post this now and start working on a deck with some of the juicy new assets.
