This deck is a bit confused about whether it wants to throw down ice and score some agendas that aren't really designed for scoring or if it wants to try and mill the runner a few net damage at a time. Basically I just wanted to find some ice that's good with chum where the runner usually might not care that much about breaking all the subs if chum wasn't forcing them to. Might want to find room for a second Georgia, since she can hit the runner whenever they jack out.

@Lttlefootif they run without any cards in hand they die. between hokusai, shock and fetal ai i can not imagine you dont run komainu because they will run without cards. Not a good reason man

Also, Chum still fires if they hit Komainu with 0 cards. Not having subroutines to break apparently means they didn't break all the subroutines. Don't ask me.
