Nbn tag concept

Learning how to deck build. Idea is that I constantly tag and use b100 to end runs and dmg from tags to keep the runner broke. I was only thinking of using spin doctor to save agendas from archives but it actually gives me chances to recycle cards to put more tags on them or give them brain dmg.
