This is just Josh Wilson's list, -1 Strike and +1 Parasite (I expected more HB and wanted to kill NEXT ICE). In the debate regarding Turntable vs Sifr, let me strongly suggest you play Turntable for 3 reasons.
1) Costs 3 less
2) The times where Sifr helps are usually times when D4V1D does the job
3) Turntable directly won me three of my games, where playing Sifr would have lost me probably two of those games.

Beat Sleeper Hold, IG49, Architects, Rail Gun (Turntable 15 minutes for Astro and got really lucky when he NEH drew the second Boom! during the combo turn), Palana Grail in rematch
