This deck is dedicated to the kill and slowing the runner down. Be it a surprise DRT... or a Snare > False Lead > Neural EMP. It's gone undefeated last weekend at my local tourney. So I'm sharing it and hope you guys like it, too, and as a way of saying thanks for sharing your excellent decklists.
I've killed more than I scored 7 points with this deck. For me, it's been very strong in the early to mid game. Very click and money intensive to trash assets thanks to Encryption Protocol. Interns is extra pesky and useful as well. With cheap ICE and drip economy. It's been quite easy to stay above 4-6 credits for me.
Smart exploring of remote servers, Keyholing, Imping HQ, Whizzard, and Net & Meat protection are probably its biggest weaknesses. I've had the fortunate opportunity to see people in my meta suit up for the Meat, but not the Net.
Inspired from the Jinteki: RP Sundew Spam and Super Modernism builds I've seen as of late...

I don't go out to make it a central mechanic of killing. More a part of the killing machine. It plays a part in being a part of shell game and is more a credit and click tax should the runner go after it. I've had successes killing a runner rezzing DRT after the decline to jack out and and: 1) the runner is accessing snare from a remote; 2) accessing snare from HQ (pending the odds are good; 3) accessing from R&D (foresight from Yagura); 4) taking a tag with hunter that's defending a sundew. |
How often do you get DRT to hit? I tried a deck like this a while ago and felt that I was just spending too much inf between data raven and DRT and other aspects of my deck were lacking because of it. I just felt that it was hard to land a tag on the runner and DRT became a dead draw.
