Here is a theory craft on an HB tag n bag deck.
Jeeves is nice to hit the runner repeatedly with tag and damage cards. That may mean a sea source, sea source, Boom, scorched turn, or some Econ operations mixed in there.
Sleepers is intended as Midseasons bait
I've tried to focus on Operation economy, but I can't find the space for Blue Level Clearance, which would otherwise fit nicely in here.
I also think finding room for Tech startup would be good, to find that Adonis or Jeeves that I need.

This deck is trying to be unexpected, and maybe its different in your meta, but I don't see much Tag'n'Bag coming out of HB in mine. This deck is actually a refit of my Cybernetics Division deck, which has seen some success in it's limited roll-out. We do a lot of low-intensity damage as a tax on the runner, but in that deck I used that to keep the runner slowed down while I rushed out Agendas. Here I want to go for the kill, hence the shiny Weyland/NBN damage package. Prisec is perfect for that, since it has damage AND a tag. Maybe I need to look at Dedicated Response Team as well, but it still means I need the runner tagged. I am considering throwing in some Ichiis to round out the in-faction tagging capability, and maybe I need to look at importing some NBN ICE to supplement that. |
even given the increased influence of this ID I see you're pretty limited in your damage package. Unlike a wayland ID you're not able to rely on Atlas to go fetch the combo pieces. Vitruvius could definitely let you recur the parts when you want them but lacking any tutoring it will be hard to get them on demand in a 49 card deck.
Also I see a lot of prisec going alongside the butchershop build and I think people are making the mistake of thinking that it's going to solve their tagging needs. I think it will give some benefit but It needs to be accessed before it triggers. And if you're going to try to drop boom and scorch you'll need to have a sea source in hand along with your damage when the runner pops prisec otherwise you have to wait for midseasons to roll around.
The rest of the deck seems to be a brain damage focus which begs the question why not drop the hard to roll sea/scorch and switch to Cybernetics Division: Humanity Upgraded to get the extra hand size reduction?
Also no Wetwork Refit? Admittedly more of your ICE is NEXT but it could still help pair well with Self-Destruct Chips and maybe Defective Brainchips.
