So this is a typical tag-me anarch, it's like 90% winrate on jnet, so I decided might as well publish it.
So the plan behind this deck is to use God of War to accumulate the tags, then use that + Dean Lister to bust down R&D for a CS run. Since HPT exists, we need a plan to beat it. (Or you can just accept you lose that matchup) Here, we're going for Obelus + Dummy Box + Paparazzi. WNP makes it harder to trash, but often isn't necessary. Because of this, resource is the best card type, so every non-resource card really needs to earn it's spot in the deck. Let's break them down.
3x Obelus: One of our core pieces, that we're trying to find ASAP. Don't cut this. 3x God of War: Probably the most important card in the deck. 1x Black Orchestra: It can deal with Hortum, but the real reason it's in the deck is to deal with a central Turing. If for some reason you see like no Turing in your meta, you can cut this, but.. 1x D4: It's the only way this deck beats IT Department. Meme cards aside, it can act as a 4th dean lister, giving you a free pass through ice like tithortium, archer, chyashi, wraparound, remote turing, DNA tracker, anansi, FC3.. A worthwhile inclusion IMO.
You can run another D4 or clippy or Yusuf, but not really worth the slot IMO.
Events: 3x Mars for Martians: It's not insane to cut to two actually. By the time it's better than Sure Gamble, you probably are already winning, and something like Sure Gamble lets the deck set up when it's important. But I like having 3. 2x LARLA: This deck definitely should have at least one of them, even though it can win without it. I like having the second copy because it makes the Jinteki matchup so much better, makes sure you can keep 1 against Scorpios, and lets me feel safe with 1 Same Old Thing. I prefer 2/1 on Levy/SoT because of the Jinteki matchup, and I don't really feel pressed for influence. 3x IHW/Inject: This deck really needs the card draw. 1x Interdiction: The most annoying card for this card to deal with is scarcity, so interdiction helps against that. Also defuses NGO bluffs, CVS surprise rez, Batty.. If you face more scarcity in your meta, add in more currents to fight it. 1 interdiction is all you need to get the corp to pre-rez stuff, so after that go protestors.
Events I did not include: Sure Gamble: The deck has enough money, and Sure Gamble is worse in this deck than the econ cards in the deck like daily casts. Though you could put this in. It's not too bad a card. By Any Means: This card is just a trap. Sure, it combos with pap, but it's only good late-game when you're already winning, and it competes with mars for martians for the priority slot.
Finally, resources: 3 Casts, 3 Lib, 1 Rogue trading: This decks econ. Just the best econ cards I could find. 2x CS: Good to have two so you have one when you need it, or can discard one early, or can use both. 3 is just redundant and you won't always have enough money for it. 2 often gets all of R&D anyways, and by that point the game is over. 3x Dean Lister: Definitely at least 2 for your CS runs, but I like having the extra one, let's you burn one early on a central to get your Hades off, or helps lock a remote. 3x Dummy Box, 3x Pap, 2x WNP: Your anti HPT plan. You could go down to 2 pap because you often don't want to install it first. I have 3 of them so i can get 1 against kill, and get 2 installed if my opponent has the card that can blank one. You could also go down to 1 WNP (going down to 0 isn't insane for some metas), but I'm rolling with this. 1x Hades Shard: You have to jump through a few hoops to get it, so it's not a must in this deck, but it's pretty explosive card draw with Obelus. 3x Street Peddler: Don't cut these. Super important to help set up. 1x SoT: I like having at least one, as insurance if the Levy's get sniped or peddlered. Let's me take a lot more risks against jinteki. You could put more in, but at that point they're just recurring current, so the only advantage of it over just playing another current is dummy box foddder. Not worth at all.
So yeah, this is tagme freedom, really strong deck, try it out. I gave this card-by-card breakdown so you know which cards you can cut if you need more currents to fight scarcity. That's all i guess.
EDIT: And by protestors, I mean Hacktivist Meeting.
