Nexus Kate Remastered

This is Nexus Kate that I have brought back from the dead for a few reasons

1. Biggest issue with nexus kate has always been the NEH Fast advance decks and museum shannagins. this deck wants to fight big name ice and bypass it.
2. Everyone is trying to trace you to death with cards such as Hard hitting news in Controlling the message. When you blank an entire ID by installing 5c of a rabbit hole life is great
3. this deck has new tools to get online such as Sports hopper over plascrete. giving link and making the traces even easier, and more link to work Underworld contact over.
