This is a fast advance deck. Engineering The Future gives you a nice credit boost all game, padding those dry spells between money assets.
Agendas: I stuffed as many 3 for 2s as I could in, as well as Gila Hands for some cash you don't have to protect. Efficiency Committee clicks can't fast advance, but they combo well with Melange, Gila Hands, and even Private Contracts.
Assests: Melange and Private Contracts work well when you're getting set up, or waiting for another agenda surface. And don't be afraid to use your bonus clicks get some cash in a pinch. Meanwhile, Eve works wonders when you have a hand full of agenda you're trying score back to back. Haas Arcology AI makes for easy fast advance if you can protect it, as does Director Haas, though she's riskier. Trash the Director if you can't protect her, she can't be scored from the archives.
Upgrades: If you don't understand SanSan City Grid for fast advance, this deck is not for you.
Operations: By now, you see what's happening here. HB doesn't have the AstroScripts that NBN has, but makes up for it with bonus clicks. Drop a 3 cost agenda, play Biotic Labor, advance, advance, advance, score, profit.
Ice: Here I built a mix of early game run ending and mid game stalling. Try to trash decoders and fracters early and often so you can continue to stall out for a mid game win. If the runner gets a full suite you're in trouble. Best bet at that point is to try to cover R&D hard and grind money while you wait for your deck to cough up that final agenda. Tollbooth is your best friend when trying to slow the runners momentum.
