This is the first deck I have published with a fairly limited set of cards (Core 2.0, Honor and Profit, Creation and Control, Order and Chaos). I've played two games with it so far, both ending in victory, but I am aware this is far from enough playtesting and so I am publishing with a view to gaining some feedback.
As the name implies, this deck is all about trying to build a big, powerful rig, and having enough creds to utilise those icebreakers effectively. Chaos Theory can, with her 5 MU, install copies of all the breakers and if Logos is also installed, a second copy of Cloak can be added. I felt Logos was a better shout than Dinosaurus as I think these breakers have reasonable strength, are fairly efficient to run, the possibility of free draw is appealing, and I don't feel the need to have a program installed on Dinosaurus (I had previously also included Magnum Opus in this deck, but felt it was unnecessary with some of the econ cards I'm running).
Beyond the rig setup I was just choosing cards which are appealing or interesting to me. I like having a good economy, but don't feel I have optimised it here, and perhaps have too much. I felt Freelance Coding Contract was worth an include to get some extra creds if I draw more programs once they are all installed.
Further thoughts I've been having are to include some Self-Modifying Code and Clone Chips, but if I'm being perfectly honest, I don't really know how to use those cards to their full potential yet. I've also been looking at some cards I don't yet have and Paperclip sounds like a potential replacement for Battering Ram.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. When providing feedback, please bear in mind the limited card pool I currently have (listed above). Thanks!
P.S. Upon publishing this deck I have noticed that apparently it's not legal for tournament play. I think I'm missing something here as I don't think I am using any rotated cards. Any advice again would be appreciated!

Thanks for the feedback. I've taken note re: SMC. I had no idea it could be fired mid run so I think it's now an auto-include! And thanks for confirming my rotation enquiry. I thought it was probably due to that. Cheers! |
Looks like a great start! Logos feels like a great fit.
SMC can replace Special Order in function, save you some influence for other cards you might like, and it's also more flexible since instant install. For example you can potentially fire it mid-run for Gordian if that unknown Ice happens to be a codegate, or pull out a second cloak for your dagger if it turned out to be a second big sentry in a row.
The legality thing is just an issue with the revised core reprints being a separate database entry than the originals. Unticking Core, Genesis, and Spin in the Collection tab of building will make things easier.
