A quick update on the Blackmail deck I published earlier.
Added Masanori to keep the whole thing cycling later, Chakana to slow down fast advance, Kati because you'll really run low and you'd rather go big than gain 1 credit, Desperado to refund your Blackmails.
Find your Activist Support, Aesop's, and NACH as fast as you can. When you do, get them down and make sure you have 2 credits to avoid the tag.
From there onward, it's smooth sailing. If they remove the BP, use Deja Vu to recur Activist Support.
Against FA, it's harder because Chakana needs 3 runs on R&D, but you really can't find a better alternative than that.
Feel free to trash SMCs to Aesop's if you're not yet set up.

It's been great, won about 3 games in 5, and haven't played any more than that. Tried a Medium instead of R&D Interface, but it's purgeable, so I need an easier way to multi-access R&D. As for HQ, I prefer Nerve Agent, because of Cerebral Imaging becoming increasingly more popular with Subliminal and BLC. I set up the combo in less than 10 turns. Don't be afraid to chain Diesel-QT despite discarding a lot. You only need 5 credits to start the combo from nothing, 3 for the resources and 2 for avoiding the tag. |

I think we don't need the plascrete here. You have NACH. It would change to public sympathy. |

I haven't had a chance to play the deck (Fear and Loathing is not out in Australia yet) but I'm still up for some discussion. While Raymond Flint seems like it makes sense, we only give the Corp Bad Pub once, and after that you actually can't give them any more. I think the Nerve agent is a good idea, especially with Woman in the Red Dress. It puts reasonable pressure on HQ, unless they leave their agendas on R&D (but then you know due to the Woman). Chakana is better than I thought, come to think of it. It makes agendas more obvious by (often) forcing them to be advanced while on the table. |
Bold idea! I tried to design a deck around it but wasn't brave enough to even consider going "all in" on the political power and using no breakers.
Any report on how consistent it is? How often can you set up the combo?
I see you aren't running Sure Gamble so maybe credits just aren't that important to you. I was going to ask why no Opus or Professional Contacts but if you aren't running Sure Gamble it seems like a silly question.
How are you finding only 2 infiltrations? How can you know what remotes to run?
