Im not the best deck builder by a long stretch. I enjoy in the main part going "Would these cards work together" and then finding out they either do, or in some spectacular fashion they don't.
This deck has one purpose - to hit R&D. Hard.
Kim's ability is trashing the operations - everything else is being buried through Maya and paying NACH to avoid the tag or even better using Dorm Computer to avoid the tags.
Using Rook to make the rez cost hopefully more expensive but also EMP device and Cyber Threat.
I love cards like Showing Off and Power to the People so trying to get them to work is brilliant, hopefully fuelling the Mediums to get those to pay off more.
I also think Street Magic is an under appreciated card and have it in there for protection from ICE combos - has the potential to nullify the Grail Ice, makes Wall of Thorns a normal barrier with a high rez cost, Fenris is an ETR and gain a bad publicity. I am yet to play this deck so definitely needs work.

Knight is the biggest issue I have - want more traditional breakers (not Faust) but not sure what to go with at the moment. Showing off and the Powers are the jank of the deck. Definitely need them in ;D its just a mental idea Im yet to practice |
You're going to want some sort of recursion to get those Knights back, IMO. You may wanna add in a Clone Chip and drop 2 Film Critics for 2 Parasites. Power to the People doesn't really need to be there, however, I've Had Worse does. You can potentially drop 2 Showing Offs as well, in favor of a Mimic and XU13 Keymaster. Swordsman or Turing at the wrong time will eat you alive. Other than that, it looks kinda sweet. :)
