Gameplan is pretty simple: Install the B&E suite for early aggression, draw, and extra cash off of Tech Trader. Install Resources on Off-Campus Apartment, draw some more, install some more, run some more. I've found Utopia Shard useful for disrupting Scorched Earth Kills and to try and stick some agendas in archives if HQ and Remotes get too big before you have a permanent rig.
