Grappling Hook + Overmind + Deep Red.
Overmind benefits from the +3 MU of Deep Red and Chaos Theory's own +1 MU. Grappling Hook to take care of the bigger and expensive ice, with e3 Feedback Implants helping break all the subroutines, or helping save some power tokens from Overmind.
Test Run / Scavenge / Clone Chip to fetch and recycle.
There are two main issues with Overmind, that come to mind:
1) Swordsman
2) Wraparound
Being an AI Icebreaker, Overmind cannot break Swordsman, so the solution would be to "waste" a Grappling Hook breaking it, which unfortunately can become troublesome after a while. If it becomes a more pressing issue, it could be solved splashing a single Mimic or even using any other Killer in single copy.
Wraparound can be broken, but with no Fracter it gets really expensive. Ice Wall too, if advanced a lot, could pose the same problem. Femme Fatale could solve both issues, but Knight can manage Wraparound as well anyway, and Ice Wall get rarely advanced so much as to become a real problem. One could always add a single Inti just to take care of Wraparound, anyway.
Deus Ex is here just for Jinteki, given how much it will be played with the newly released Deluxe.
Not much else to say, the deck works perfectly fine even with a single Overmind (eventually reinstalled with Scavenge) and e3 Feedback Implants, most of the time.
The economy should be fine, especially given the overall low cost of the cards involved. Hardly had a problem with it, so far.
