People aren't supposed to like playing against this deck. Housekeeping is especially effective here, since it incentivizes Runners to install multiple cards in a single turn, slowing them down so you can rush out Agendas. Money can be tight, but GRNDL Refinery can push you ahead greatly when playing more cautious runners. News Team also slows down the runner, and can alleviate the stress of losing a lot of points early.

Caduceus is almost always bad idea, since you are giving bad pub early.
Scoring plan is very slow - in perfect case it's 3 agendas (3+2+2), but almost always i'll need go score 4 (or even 5-6 if rezzing Archer or two) which is bad. You will be milled twice by Noise, or digged to the bottom of deck by Medium.
Also Housekeeping is something antisynergic with twelve agendas.
