En Passant Cache Refresh Steve

This was the deck I took to Elim of the Stimhack Online Cache Refresh tournament. I figured Apoc wasn't great vs PE/PU, so I wanted to target ice-light decks, and cruise over small ice, derez and destroy big ice. I made a lot of slot concessions to damage decks too, they could be a lot of cards instead. This deck has lots of early game pressure, and if you can keep ice to 1 rank, you have lots of options to force the corp into bad plays. This might be insane in constructed with drug dealers and DDOS.
