The deck still needs some refinement, especially in terms of ICE suite; you could consider it work in progress. It's a mix of Museum of History spam and operation economy recurred by the aforementioned museums, which gives you quite a lot of credits.
Best play is scoring Atlas with Biotic Labor and Jeeves on the table - you routinely get two tokens on Atlas Project, which is amazing since you can find the 2nd Biotic/Atlas easily and it's a straight way to win from there. Another great play with this deck is Oaktown + Biotic + Jeeves - nothing feels as good as paying 4 for Biotic Labor and immediately getting them back.

I have played IUSE in a few games, no extensive testing though - it does make sense with asset spam and all the out-of-faction operations, however it did not make that much of a difference money-wise - the deck seems to have just-enough-money anyway for all the shenanigans. However 3x IUSE means three less ICE, or 2 less ICE and Fast Track etc. and I really feel quite uncomfortable playing less than 15-16 ICE in a deck like this, especially with more than 49 cards. Assassin is more anti-D4vid tech than program trashing, really. I am looking forward to some new Weyland 5+ ICE so I can replace it, then might give Cobra a try. Also, I was thinking about getting rid of CST and putting in two Global Food to enable double Biotic+Jeeves end game, I would have to get rid of Wraparound and exchange Ichi for something HB with 1-influence, probably a Rototurret. |
Have you considered Indian Union Stock Exchange or Cobra? The former seems like virtually clickless economy that adds to the asset spam, and the latter is like Assassin but cheaper for this deck.
