@Heartthrob did an amazing write up on this deck, I just wanted to post my slightly different version and talk about why I think this deck does so well. My version cuts the Data Ravens and a 2nd Subliminal for 2 more Shadows and a 2nd SEA Source. I'm still not 100% sure which version is better, I just like knowing I have the better chance to draw into SEA Source if the runner is being careful to clear all tags. I think this deck is amazing in the current meta right now because 1) It hasn't really been seen before and 2) It is the exact opposite of the other popular CI deck. The tournament was small but every win was Scorched Earth victory. Even when @Heartthrob and I were paired up against each other, and knowing full well what this deck wants to do, both of our runners lost to it. This deck is perfect for tournaments because the runner has one chance to beat it. Even if they figure it out afterwards, you have already secured your win. Now we leave it in your hands to test and tinker and see what you can all come up with.

Hey guys, you blew my secret tech! Only i was running 2x Scorched and 2x SEA Source. Now I'll have to change the deck =_= But seriously, what if the runner sees Scorch in your deck and installs Plascrete or two? Is there a way to actually score 7 points with this deck? You don't have Shipment from SanSan, so you'll have to rely on Biotics - that's darn expensive, without the Giraffes! And why Efficiency Committee and not some 3/2s? On a side note, what was the event? Store Champ, Chronos, Game Night? When, where, how namy people? |

Oh nice, I just commented on Heartthrob's post. Thanks @Heartthrob! CI is an amazing deck. And congrats to @AKAnderson for the win! Intelligent players. |

You can either keep Reclamation Ordering your Restructures (I played 7 or 8 in one game with this deck) and eventually Biotic everything out, or just create another hard server. Playing against this deck in testing, my opponent had 9 clicks (Efficiency Committee) and SEA Source, x2 Scorch, Reclaime Scorch, x2 Scorch with 2 clicks left over. No 3/2 because you actually want the extra clicks from Efficiency if you do score it. Each one is 4 credits. The hardest part playing this deck is knowing when to start scoring. The event was just a small store tournament in Orem, Utah at Boardgame Revolution. It was pretty short notice so only 6 people showed up but the deck performed admirably. |

Sorry, being on a phone is hard to keep my thoughts straight- 9 clicks to scorch me through 3 plascretes was the point of that |

@mplain We knew there were people out there holding out on publishing this deck, haha. The runner should know what's happening when they run into the first Hunter/Shadow/Data Raven anyway, so they should know a Scorch is coming. Just FYI though, when we play against the deck we know the full deck list, but we still can't beat it. So any suggestion on a deck that can beat this AND NBN Fast Adv (because what is the point of having a runner dedicated to just beating this deck?) would be appreciated. |

@mplain: the first person I've seen doing this was actually Hollis, in a game vs. SneakySly they were streaming. Built my own take on the thing based on that, having great success too. |

@PeekaySK: I scorched Hollis with my build two days ago. He was quite surprised, afair :) So either he started testing it after that, or he thought noone else beside him were using this strategy ;) @Heartthrob: actually, I would very much like to test my deck against yours. If you see me on OCTGN, you're welcome to join :) |

Magnum opus and vamp should do fine. Just take money until they are about to win by scoring, make your huge vamp run, and the turn after take everything in the archives or HQ. |

I agree that you can out money this deck but if I see that happening I simply start scoring. In a way, I actually gain 3 credits from Bioticing an Efficiency once I use this 3 clicks to Restructure 3 times. |
Thanks for the S/O bro!
Still kicking myself for stealing that NAPD...why did I steal it? Why?! Those 4 credits would have saved me :(
