After looking at a number of IG decks that tax the runner by making it expensive to trash cards, I wanted to leverage RP power to tax their runs. The low ice issue is mitigate by Levy University. Tech Startup and Executive Boot Camp (and to a lesser extent Mumbad City Hall) let you search for the needed asset (of which you have 30). Executive Bootcamp is a good answer to blackmail. Recurring ice helps against Dumblefork (esp with Levy University). Initial Ice is cheap, Cortex Lock and Crix to be covered up with stronger Ice later. Once you have started your horizontal credit engine, have two ince in front of each central server and three in front of the one you need them to stay out of. Adding Marcus should make runs there unappetizing. Let your ping damage from Bio-ethics pressure them while you set up a remote with 3-4 ice and a Caprice and maybe a Marcus, then advance an agenda behind it. Can they take 3 damage a turn and run through 3-4 ice and a caprice? I doubt it. Reasons RP is better than IG: RP can score out. No need to throw out cards. No special need to protect archives or any other server. better against Imp. No need for shocks
Reason IG is better: Cost to trash can be higher. other things I am not thinking of.

If you want 2/3 ice on each central and 3-4 on your remote, that's 10-11 ice out of the 12 you play total. Is that really feasible
