[Startup] Not That Lat (4-0 NGN Circuit Opener #2)

It's not that Lat. That Lat has boat. And Reseki.

This Lat is trying to set up a big board of 1-cost installables and hit hard with some very fast Khusyuks all while pressuring the corp with Avgustina Ivanovskaya. And once these smaller cards have gotten their value, we can sell them to Aesop to keep the train rolling with Lat's free draws. Given how cheap most cards in the deck are, it's usually not difficult to trigger Lat's ability on most turns, and if needed, you can even use Paule's Cafe to "cheat" on your memory (and make sure there aren't too many virus counters sitting around at once).

You may also notice that this deck has no killer. Ultimately this deck's plan for breaking is to get a big Hyperbaric and use Pelangis to paint problematic ICE into code gates. This does put a time limit on your breaking potential, but with Cookbook, 3 Simulchips, and a Rejig, you have a good bit of gas as long as you can make your runs count. On that note, the one change I would probably make to this deck is to try and fit in a third Khusyuk - Probably dropping a Stoneship Chart Room for it.

In the end, I wanted to get this deck to work before several key cards will rotate out of Startup. Would it be better with a boat? Resekis? Maybe, but this is definitely more fun.

This deck went 4-0 at the second North Georgia Circuit Opener event (first place), taking down Pravdivost Consulting, Gamenet, Personal Evolution, and Earth Station decks.
