I dont thinkthe bifrost arrays are useful in your deck. I think they only trigger the Placing 3 Tokens on it from efficency comitee (in my opinion the second part is a payed ability, not a "when-scored"-ability).

If Iunderstand that agenda right, until today it only works only with HB Agendas Accelerated Beta Test, Director Haas' Pet Project, Project Ares and the neutral Chronos Project, Corporate War, Priority Requisition, Profiteering and Veterans Program.

Someone please correct me, if i'm wrong.
