Right now, I'm just experimenting lag time + patches. More or less fallen in love with the combo after some testing. My idea here was for big ice to simply be bigger. Whilst using the advancements in a standard atlas trick of light fast advance.
Not really built a non-scorch weyland deck before, I'm unsure on how the economy on this will work. Capital Investors for a consistent income, should be easy to defend with a space ice dropped in front of it. Hostiles + Oaktown because economy. Couldn't decide government or High risk. Gov just does what capital investors does, high risk is nice to combine with the Titan power.
Thinking of giving the idea a try out of RP, but this is the current build

Ha! I very recently tried something very similar to this, and it just fell flat on it's face. Basically my problem was Econ. I ran pretty much the same as you, but I swapped out the Oaktown Renovation for Geothermal Fracking... Didn't really work.
I think my ICE might have been too high-cost, but even when I lowered it to something more like what you've got here I just never had enough tricks to pull to keep the runner out and either lost from nasty R&D locks, or by just never having all the tool I needed to force a scoring window.
Let me know how this works out for you! I LOVE the idea of Titan, but I've never been able to make a really tight Titan deck.
