Best build i have play tested so far, pretty self explanatory. Destroy their decks, score a CP, watch them cry as they cant win. Usually mill the levy, or a specific breaker type, so scoring the bigger agendas is free late in the game.

How do you destroy their decks? Just underway? Maybe find room for fast track if that's the case?

I'd probably suggest something like -1 blacklist -1 datapike, +1 executive bootcamp +1 tollbooth.
