Centrals focused, no remotes. Slap all your big ice on top of each other until you're using half of your opponent's playmat. Just don't lose because you couldn't top deck Reg Cap when you needed a win. Absolutely a skill issue.
The deck's a lot of fun, but way too grindy. Still draw dependent. The deck can deliver you a victory when you had five agendas sitting in HQ just as easily as stacking all your critical pieces in the bottom third, letting you drown against multiaccess.
Also, TBTF will never show up when you need it.
