The first version of this deck used Quetzal and just focused on a standard luckypad economy. This variant is all about giant bursts of eating away ice or blackmailing into servers. Almost every card in the deck likes voicepad, and there's a pretty solid draw engine to make running the thing you do.
Generally, the plan should be to keyhole as much as possible and blackmail for agendas in archives. However, if a window opens where you can eat the ice off of R&D you can instead blackmail & medium dig for the win.
Take's some practice and difficult to run, but proxy testing has been pretty enjoyable so far.
