Since O&C hit the game, I've been playing around making Weyland decks (FA, Argus and Gagarin tax), didn't really feel making a full-fledged Jinteki deck. I made a Tennin deck, that I feel would play solid, but I still haven't had the time to test it. FA isn't really my style either. My style is to non-stop threaten the runner with flatline while pushing out agendas if they feel too scarred.
This is maybe the closest Jinteki deck I see to that style.
In general, when people play against Jinteki (PE especially), they avoid going crazy in the start. Running without breakers, money or even some net damage protection, can often throw them behind for a LOOONG while. That's why many people (especially Shaper) go for setup of their rig and then push heavy on the mid-game and late-game, when they can challenge net damage with money and feedbackfilter, Plascreetes are out and whatnot.
That's great for a Jinteki, because usually this gives you a window of opportunity for early game. Push out 1-2 or 3 agendas, hit your econ to have all your traps ready ... However, I've played enough games to know how your draw might not go well. You could either hit your traps and ice only, leaving agendas and econ nice and fluffy for the mid-game pressure that the runner will make. Or draw only ICE, which usually you can't afford to trash, because the deck doesn't have a lot of ICE in general and have to account for replacing and protecting remotes.
Housekeeping is a great card for Jinteki PE. Playing 3 copies, so you can get it out as early as possible. The point is that by playing it early, it will REALLY slow down the corp extending your window of opportunity. That way there is a higher chance of recovering from a shitty draw as well.
I'll be testing this deck heavily. No idea how ti will go against Account Siphon Spam decks, but I expect MaxX has a hard matchup against PE eitherway. Also I think I might go for 2x Crisium Grid, going -1 on Housekeeping, although I really wanna try one out.
A few words on the Econ as well. Hedge Fund, Mushin no Shin, Shell Corp ... Shell Corp has been amazing in PE in my testing so far. It offers a pseudo-account siphon protection ... it is a little slow, but it feels sustainable in PE, which is nice.
Agendas Spread. I found out that 3x Fetal, 3x HoK, 3x TFPand 1x Philotic is the optimal agenda spread for almost any Jinteki kill deck, but especially for PE. Put 1x Chronos Project for heap hate.
If you understand the idea of the deck, feel free to leave a suggestion or a few comments after testing.
