Chaos Theory Medium Cyber Exodus

This is a deck I built with the cards I had available (which is up through Cyber Exodus).

The idea is to use Chaos Theory for speed, building up the rig and then putting loads of pressure onto R&D with Medium (in practice, I've found I tend to have a Test Run on hand to summon up an extra card, so I could use it for Medium). It removes some of the fun surprise from Medium, it makes sure it gets into the rig when it's needed near the end.

I have trouble getting up and running fast enough, but I think it's mostly because my play style isn't focused enough.

I'm very open to recommendations so long as they use cards in the core set or the first 3 datapacks (What Lies Ahead, Trace Amount or Cyber Exodus).
