This probably doesn't break a lot of new ground, but I had a lot of fun with this deck prior to retiring it for now. The main reason I stopped is because the ice suite isn't quite there and I'm unsure what direction to take it.
The deck is exactly what it looks like, a rush deck that uses the threat of death to get agendas out. Data raven puts in stupid amounts of work to this end. When players know the scorch is in hand, she's a hard end the run. When they don't or they don't care, it's 2 bucks and a credit worth of taxing. I've never had the power counters go off on encounter since servers are rather porous and datasuckers are a thing, but that's one of the fun uses of Batty. Yaguara's mostly there as a cheap bluff. Kitsune turns on more snares.
The real work here is done with cerebral cast: most runners once they're aware of the scorch will take the brain damage but few runners are prepared to take 3+ damage over a match. You're always jacksoning back the casts and the snares unless you absolutely have to deal with agenda flooding. Crick gives you more options in that case to save Jesus for the casts.
Medical research fundraiser is fine in this deck since you're largely playing psi games with credits anyway.
I thought Psychic field would be more interesting, but it's almost never come off, even with the rush agenda suite.

That might be fun, thanks for the thought. Edge of world's another card I almost never slot, and seeing some brain damage go off would make me cackle, hard. |
So I love Scorchteki to death, and Nisei makes it really deadly. As a thought since most of your agendas can be never-advanced, maybe swap the Psychic Field for an Edge of World? You have to pay for it, but even behind two pieces of ICE it's more than worth it. You can even fake people out with the Batty/Caprice install of top of it!
