Drop the Fairchild 1.0 and replace with Enigma. Fairchild 1.0 are just too porous. I'd also put Blue Level Clearances in instead of Green Level Clearance. You're not getting much value from the Greens. I've never had much success with Strongbox? If you find Heinlein Grid isn't firing, an alternative might be Mason Bellamy to improve SB triggers perhaps. Hope that helps :-)
