Shameless, straightforward HB Thunderbolt

I give up. This is the best I can do. From having grand ideas about rezzing and derezzing to tagging and slowing the game down enough to kill the runner, I have learnt my lesson the hard way: 'Don't bother trying to fight the competitive minded-folk'. This deck has no shame whatsoever. Three Rashidas, Nicos, Seamless Launches, Greasing the Palms, and Offworld Offices. It's not even trying to be clever. Just make the runner scared of running a server with an unrezzed piece of ICE and laugh at him when he thinks derezzing it is going to favour his board state. Virus-based decks do require caution, but Tatu-Bola basically makes Magnet useless against Arissana decks (how many Hushes are you going to carry when you might want to use it on my LMMs?). Play fast and don't stop. If you cannot score out 7 points, by the 15th turn, prepare for a really long game.
