Mancatory Upgrades

-1 Mandatory Upgrades, +1 Accelerated Beta Test. Scoring an Upgrades is amazing. Drawing an Upgrades isn't always amazing. Drawing your second Upgrades is almost always crap. I got frustrated at how often I'd score Upgrades and then with only four 3/2 Agendas have nothing to fast advance. So +1 ABT.

Rex Campaign. Included originally in fear of Valencia the Rex has done enough to prove it deserves a couple of slots as Hedge Funds 4 & 5.

Power Shutdown. Latest addition, primarily to fight Net-Ready Eyes and ensure my Vipers remain active vs Yog.0. Also fights numerous other bad cards relatively happily, like Clone Chip, Faerie, Corroder, Parasite, Zu.13.

The rest is rebalancing the Ice a bit, mostly to ensure I have robust Code Gates (all STR 4 or greater, potentially) and plenty of hard ETR with some taxation.
