Inspiration is heavily from old "breakerless" Noise decks that looked to use datasucker + parasite "instant" trash to control the ICE. Yes, Architect/Lotus Field buck this trend, but thats why I look to get Femme into the Heap. Morning Star is similarly for the Blue Sun match.
Econ is very Prepaid VoicePad, but it also lends to being able to abuse anarch events like Day Job, or Singularity. Same Old Thing is crucial, as any events that are trashed due to MaxX's ability are still able to be "used". Almost always use Levy once per game, and have two for the odd chronos, so that is frees up the Same Olds for utility event runs, if needed. The click intensity is not so bad, as MaxX effectively has a "free" click each turn.
Will update after further testing with a new version. Previous version had Overmind to try to abuse MemStrips, but it was too cute, and I alsmost always relied on Crypis as my AI breaker, as it is a virus for Deja Vu.
