The main premise here is pretty straightforward: land a brain damage or two while trying to rush some agendas. If the Runner gets careless, or takes way too much brain damage, Neural EMPs can ruin someone’s day. And Whirlpool->Howler is the goal for inflicting some pain, should the opportunity arise.

If you see any ways this could be improved, please let me know.

I'm not sure if Neural Emps can finish the job after the runner takes a couple of brain damage. How about snares and a scorch?

So, I've run this 4 times now. Every game I've won with EMP x2 or EMPx3 after the runner has 3-4 BD.

I'm now trying out one mod.. howler/whirlpool never worked very well. I took those out, added 2 paper walls, and used the 4 more inf to fit in Edge of World x2, which is nutty in this deck.

I don't know how to make a "derived from" but I read your BGG post a couple days ago and made a version to try myself.
