Endless tinkering of my turbochaos max efficiency rig has led to Garrote in over cloak + dagger, which opens up some Jinteki hate. Modded vs. Personal Workshop is a question, as is what I should do with the last to 2 influence.
v3: - 1x Feedback Filter, +1 Kati Jones. Jinteki's soul didn't need further crushing, and I feel like I want more bursty econ.
