Cobra Kai v1.0

Strike Hard. Strike Fast. No Mercy.

I started making a "Sho-Ryu-Ken" theme deck built around having some massive Surge-powered multi uppercut as a counter to DBS, but the idea was quite silly.

The Gang Kim deck archetype is really solid, and I don't want to abandon it all the way - though it may be prudent to double-down on the "go nuts" style. Maybe Adam's cards are worth a look?

Desperado seems like a better use of the influence, perhaps to free up space for Nerve Agent. I had a hell of a time tuning this down from 55 using Gang Kim/West Side Kim as a model, and I'd like any ideas or suggestions you've got.

Without a doubt, aggression is good. I've been toiling with Kim a lot lately at my local store, and I've had pretty good success with it. IMO, you don't need to be super fancy with the uber-cool, yet high influence Gang Sign, in order to kick some ass. HQIs are excellent in accomplishing the mission...which, of course, is sniping kill cards and econ from the Corp.

Earlier tonight, I played against a very skilled friend of mine who was using Blue Sun. I was fortunate enough to take away 2 of his Oversights right off the bat, as well as a Midseasons and a Scorch. We both stayed relatively poor throughout the game, and that also meant that he couldn't Punitive me (not that he wouldn't hit an IHW if he had tried). I wish I could fit Imps in my Kim, but deckspace is one of my OCD things (has to be 45). Here is my Kim, if you wanna compare and contrast. :)

I'd love to try yours sometime as a change of pace. Let me know if you find a solid balance using Adam cards or whatever. Hail Kim!!
