This deck has found the punch it needs. Leaving out Indexing was a huge oversight, and I've thinned out my hardware to make room for 2 copies of it. HQ Interface was dropped from 2 to 1, which freed up 2 inf. for Hostage - and that let me drop Kati and ProCo both to 2. Trimming a mem chip left me with room for 3 SOT's which, in testing, the deck had been desperately lacking. What we're left with in this version is an efficient deck that can pressure when and where it wants, be it through programs or events. And It will only get better once Astrolabe and Trade-In drop.
Possible changes include swapping out an Akamatsu for a CyberSolutions, because as it stands now, there are just some games in which you'll have to accept that you can't put down a Sneakdoor because of memory constrictions; but then there are also games where a good Sneakdoor play isn't as efficient as it could be because of early ice on archives, so I don't think the slot warrants the extra 3c to get memory on the board. That could change with more testing.
You could also look at swapping out a Datasucker for another Femme because there have been times where being able to bypass multiple pieces of ice is a huge help. But with the inclusion of Same Old Thing to beef up the recurrence Scavenge, I'll be sticking with the extra Datasucker.
Imp still wrecks days. I love you, Imp.
Smart and patient piloting of this deck turns Personal Workshop from a "must have" card in Nasir into an "awesome to have but not necessary" card. The breakers are cheap enough that if you keep Kati fed, you can keep your money low and poke around to force rezzes for extra cash. And if you're afraid of nasty ice or a Junebug, tutor out your Deus X, and remember safe practices: don't run last click, leave creds to clear tags, etc. etc.
I'd love for people to test this deck and see what they find. The main thing I'm looking for is how to beat the SEA Scorch or Midseasons. That's a big hole in this deck, and I'm open to changes. Good luck out there!

Hi Things I wished I had: Imp. Sneakdoor. HQ Interface. Your version plays the cards I want to fit in my deck. Of course, I'm playing 3x Desperado (which was awesome) and am considering cutting 1 for 1 Imp. Simple cut, but it might be necessary. Either that or 1x Nerve Agent + 1 Femme. Not sure yet. In any case, this version seems very strong overall. I like the Hostage inclusion to find PRoCo and Kati. I like SOT to solve other problems and to keep Nasir dangerous. I don't mind that you don't have a console. Most Kates are running console-less too. I think that since you're Sneakdooring early while they've got their defenses down, you're probably ok on memory. I could see including another Akamatsu, but what to cut? Any problems with cash? Seems like you are specifically reliant on facechecking, which makes running without a killer pretty scary. |

I find that the best solution for memory cost in Shaper is leprechaun as it can host your Sneakdoor(2 mem) and any other 2 mem cost programs like SMC. |

It's your choice, I prefer Leprechaun because I can Fetch it when I need it with SMC or Test Run and it gives up to 3 free memory while Akamatsu gives only one. |

On a serious note, playing against scorch just takes practice, but it's beatable. I've not had any trouble with my Nasir against scorch in the last few weeks. In fact, I think Nasir is favored if he runs Atmans/Datasuckers. Keep drawing to find your Plascretes and keep your money high. I've opted for Dirty Laundry to help out with the money. It's been fantastic for me. One of Nasir's weaknesses is ending the turn with low money, but DL gets you what you want. I'd even recommend Three Steps Ahead if it was in-faction (but, sadly, it isn't). |

My biggest problem right now with this version is the sheer number of individual cards in it. 25. There are 25 copies of different cards in here and that results in a lotttt of dead draws. I've been retooling this to make it faster, and leaner. The new build features a lot of events and gets you more of that sweet sweet cash, so if and when I feel comfortable with it, I'll post a decklist. |
I play a Kit with some of the same influence as you (Imp and Sneakdoor Beta) and I'm in love with both of them in shaper now.
Both of them Synergize very well together to get the final agendas that you need. Plus I find it better than using a Nerve agent(which a lot of people do) as Imp do a lot more on his own.
Another thing that I found out is that Test Run and Imp is a really powerful combo. I really like the power of thrashing a Imp that I just used to Test Run it next turn so I can use it three times. Plus with clone Chip in the deck to bring him back again... this can be really devastating for the corp.
