With enough ICE in the deck to guarantee 2 or 3 in your opening hand, drop the cheap stuff and hold on to the scary Bioroid ICE for later. (A ZED + Eli/Ichi combo can be devastating early-game.)

Late-game, drop & advance agendas in one remote and use the threat of huge ICE from Awakening Centre and Howler to scare the runner off... at least for that turn. But you only need one turn to score the agenda!

Possibly sub in an Inazuma for the Chum? ICE at your discretion! Thoughts welcome.
