Iterating on my previous corp deck.
Changed from Custom Biotics to Stronger Together, because the ICE bonus does seem more useful than simply having more influence
...due to the lower influence, replaced most out-of-faction ICE with cheaper alternatives (eg. Hadrian's Wall became Wall of Thorns). Also replaced Data Ravens with Matrix Analyzers, because I could use free advancement tokens more than a few random tags that aren't leading to anything.
Replaced some of my in-faction/neutral ICE with more expensive alternatives.
Fewer Assets, more Operations (because I don't think I can rely on having so many remote servers)
Replaced low-scoring agendas with Priority Requisitions, to bring down the number of Agendas in the deck (less chance of random theft)... and let me rez Janus for free ;)
Biggest issue I have with it right now is that all my ICE feels really expensive. I think I'm focusing too much on the mid-late game, and just assuming I'll get my defences up. I think I need a small shift in balance towards cheap ICE I can lay down in the first few turns. Also, a nagging feeling that I still don't have enough credit economy.

This deck looks confused to me. Are you trying to do HB glacier or are you trying to do HB fast advance? Pick one strategy and go with it. You have sansan, biotic labor, and director haas, but only 4/9 agendas that you can score out of hand. This means that most of the time sansan and biotic aren't going to be able to do their jobs most of the time, and are thus going to be dead draws.
I think that Stronger Together wants to do a glacier big ice archetype. I would strongly consider pulling out the fast advance tools, in favor of more economy. Also, you talk about how you don't have enough small ice, but you're using Stronger Together and don't have Eli in there at all. I'd consider pulling out heimdalls or wall of thorns to make room.
