Brain freeze -30*C

First draft on this fun deck. Fun to play that is, because not once did I win with it. The goal here is to stack so much brain damage that the runner will have to eighter run with few cards risking flatline (Fetal AI, Data Mine + Chum) or draw cards spending precious clicks. Chairman is a potential game ender if you rez it lowering runner hand size to -1.
