This is not a good deck. Playing it is less like playing a game and more like building a sandcastle. But if the other kids will just leave you alone for long enough, you can end up making something that looks really impressive.
Step 1: Build a moat
The Encryption Protocols and the Hostile Infrastructure are the water of this deck. Without at least a couple of these cards to hold things together, the castle will crumble like sand. Also, ice the centrals that need it.
Step 2: Build a foundation
Get a base of assets on the board, get your Clone Suffrage Movement underway, and put a Sandburg behind some ice. (Maybe put another Sandburg on the table as backup.) Jeeves can probably give you some clicks to make this go a little faster.
Step 3: Make your castle bigger
Watch your bankers make you money. Play Diversified Portfolio a lot. Start building a scoring remote.
Step 3.5: Repair damage
The Big Bad Runner will probably spend some time trying to knock down parts of your castle. Use Interns to put back anything you need.
Step 4: Sit on your throne of credits
Make more money and advance agendas behind ice. Just like Real Netrunnerâ„¢.

The early game is about survival. So ice destruction is rough, but Interns can help, again. The survival thing also means that Encryption Protocols and Hostile Infrastructure are the priorities. You do still need econ, but it's not worth a Tech Startup, especially if the runner can easily trash it. |
This is an interesting deck. I especially like the ice sweet in conjunction with Sandburg. Is your plan to maintain Sandburg with Interns throughout early and mid-game, then later protect it if you can spare the ice?
Im sure you make a lot of money with this, how has it matched up against ice destruction in the early game, does it go quick enough to boost strength before ice will die?
Have you considered 1x Cobra? I am starting to love that card in conjunction with Sandburg. Not only is it great to rez it and a sandburg upon face-check, but also even pre-rezzed it can catch people if they figure out their credit math to break and then forget about the unrezzed card in the remote. Rez the Sandburg bang.
What do you usually tutor for with tech startup early game? Do you go for econ establishment first or set up the encryption protocol's?
