Deck valid after Sixth Rotation |
I went into this tournament thinking that no runner could realistically keep up with the economy of a BTL that sticks a Charlotte, and a lot of my deckbuilding was done with that in mind. This turned out to not quite be the case, as I found out by drawing in round 6 of Swiss against a criminal that stole my guns and getting trounced in top cut by the worlds wealthiest activist.
I feel like this deck is fairly straightforward, it's just a bit on the glaciery end of punitive BTL. I might need to justify my influence though given the absence of a couple of doctors.
You can't cut Charlotte, she's the whole point. Games where you do and don't draw and stick Charlotte are night and day.
I don't feel like I can cut a holo man, he's way too important to winning the game if the punitives don't line up.
The archived memories was initially there just to make punitives more consistent, but immediately putting back a spent charlotte or successfully trashed clearinghouse made it feel indispensable.
So that left the doctors. Between AM and basalt spire for recursion and Descent to fix agenda floods, it felt like the deck could function without them. I still missed them on the day, but I don't think they would have outperformed the cards I did spend influence on.
If I could do the day again, I'd definitely find room for the 3rd clearinghouse.
