The basic aim is make sure no agendas stay in one place for too long; score as much out of hand as possible with Biotic Labor and Astroscript for getting an extra point on a Beale.

Originally I had the psychographics/sea source combo but it was too slow for an ICE light deck.

I'm not sure about the ICE but when I tested the deck last night vs Noise it did OK. More testing needed.
