Interesting idea, but a couple of tips:
One of the great things about Smoke is that she has a small deck size (40 instead of 45) so with a bit of draw and tutoring you can get the cards you need fairly reliably and don't need duplicates of a lot of cards that you only need 1 copy of, such as breakers.
Speaking of breaker suites, this one is a bit strange. Engolo is an amazing breaker but requires huge amounts of actual cash to enable, which Smoke generally doesn't have. You also have Houdini, making it a bit redundant in the decoder department. Also Blackstone, while it looks good on paper, in practice it's a horribly clunky breaker, things like Eli 1.0 and Palisade are a nightmare to break. You have 6 influence left over, so maybe look in to things like Afterimage and Corroder.
In short, my advice: cut Blackstone for Corroder, Fawkes for Afterimage, Engolo entirely, go to 1 of each breaker. You're going to want 3 Diesels and 3 Gambles, you probably don't need Buffer Drive and you definately don't need Bio-Modeled Network. Prepaid is a bit whatever, your deck isn't that Event-heavy and if you're going to run PPVP you'd want 3 anyway, so I'd cut it. You only need 1 Beth, and you probably don't need The Artist as you're playing DZMZ.
Try to get down to 40 cards, aim for consistency (3 of important cards that you need to see asap, cut cards that aren't critical to your core game plan) and max out your influence spending.
On a last note, think about a win condition. How do you actually win? As far as multi-access goes, you only have the one copy of Deep Dive. You're probably going to want to go for more consistent multi-access, so a common Smoke card is Stargate.
Keep building, keep refining, keep going. Have fun!
