Asset Teched Sable [15th @ American Continentals, Montreal]

"Take out the bad cards and put in the good cards" - Whiteblade [This was more in regards to my corp, where I had made edits to Tuno's Ob list, but was told by Whiteblade to undo those changes because they made the deck worse. Whiteblade was correct.]

This was the list I played in continetnals, it performed well for the weekend, losing two games to the two kill nebula lists I faced (Sokka and Wyld) who both ended up in the top cut and performing very well, and Emaaaly in the cut where I chose a bad line and died to Measured Response as a consequence.

The idea here was to prep for the Ob and AuCo matchups and be ready to dismantle boardstates as much as possible. Fencer, Azimat, and Pennyshaver all serve as asset tech here, while the 2 No Free Lunch and the Stoneship were meant to shore up defences against the Measured Response / End of the Line kill decks.

The deck definitely did what it was supposed to do when I faced one Ob and one AuCo on the day of swiss, but the games into Nebula were tough to build up Pennyshaver value during

If I could change it, I would try to find slots for a third class act and a second stoneship (honestly, I'd go 3 no free lunch and 3 stoneship if I didnt feel like that would be over teching for the kill lists)

Shoutouts to the crew at the airbnb we stayed at for plenty of games of testing and lots of advice (like Whiteblade's quote at the top). I do not think I would've done as well as I did without the practice games. Shoutout to gggg boys as well for their help in deckbuilding and practice games
